Volkaris
A 1B base speed puts it level with Kitsune at the top of the speed table, which is the whole point of the endgame — carrying rare eggs home before the timer runs out.
Comes from: Volcanic Egg
1 in 0.01
The pet card lists it at 1 in 0.01 and names the Volcanic egg as its only source. That is a hatch rate, not a typo, and it makes it the rarest listed chance in the game.
Source: Fandom pet page notes it as Volcanic-egg only. Community table — treat as directional.

Still unknown
The game publishes hatch odds for two Robux eggs and for the pets it lists in the index. For world eggs it prints nothing, so the full “which egg gives which pet” table does not exist anywhere yet — including here. What this page states is only what the game itself says.
